Teacher Self-Care 101

Though many say they give respect to the teachers in their life, it’s hard to actually understand the severity and the volume of stress they must process on a daily basis. It’s more than just the grade level that they teach, or the number of students that make up their class. Though this will certainly play a part in the demand they must meet in their classrooms, the truth is providing for students at all can be one of the most taxing things on both the body and the mind. Luckily, with the information found within the resource accompanying this post, any teacher can build out a self-care routine that will leave them feeling refreshed after a long day’s work in the classroom.
